Photos - 6th Grade Wax Museum
Just before Easter, Sarah's 6th grade class held a "Wax Museum' in which the students dressed up like characters from Greek Mythology who they had studied. Visitors would walk around the museum and tell a "statue" to "speak to me" and the statue would come to life and tell it's story. Following are some of the "statues" from our visit to the Museum..
Pegasus - why so long in the face? (bah, dum, bump!)
Statues on their podiums.
Hermes - off to deliver a message.
Our very own goddess. Who knew?
Artemis - aka Sarah's friend Grace.
Euterpe, the Muse of Music - aka Sarah's friend Emily
Medusa - aka Sarah's friend Vero.
Sarah and her fellow Goddesses - From the left they are Gaea, Euterpe, Aphrodite (Sarah's friend Stephanie), Artemis and Hydra.
